Questions buyers ask first.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product, fabric, colour and customisation. Styles using stock fabric can start lower than programmes that need custom-dyed or custom-knitted fabric. Share your quantity per style and colour and we will confirm what is workable.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on specifications, materials, quantity and factory capacity. We confirm a timeline for sampling, bulk production and shipping in our proposal, once the specification is clear.
Do you make samples before bulk production?
Yes. Development samples, fit samples and pre-production samples are arranged according to your requirements, and bulk production starts only after your written approval.
Are you a factory?
No. NOVRIN is a sourcing, production-management and export partner. We match each product to suitable manufacturers in our vetted Pakistani network and manage development, production, quality control and export as one accountable team.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed according to buyer profile, order structure, production requirements and commercial relationship. For new buyers this is typically a deposit with staged or balance-before-shipment payments.
Can you help with EU labelling and documentation?
We prepare product specifications, fibre-composition information, origin details and export documentation, and coordinate buyer-specific testing. Legal requirements depend on the product, destination market and buyer, and remain the responsibility of the party placing goods on the EU market.
